Q: Why has my card been declined or why did my transaction generate an error code?

  • The most common cause for a declined transaction is not using the exact billing address as shown on your credit card statement. We can ship your order to any address in the US, but the billing address must match the address on your credit card statement in order for the transaction to go through.
  • The second most common cause for a generated error code is from not entering in the correct card number, and/or expiration month and year. We use sophisticated anti-fraud software to protect our customers against the unauthorized use of their resources, so even something like entering the wrong expiration month will bring the transaction to a halt.

Q: What is a Credit Card Verification Number or CVV error?

The Card Verification Value (CVV) for VISA, MC and Discover is a 3-digit number on the back side of your credit card. For American Express, this number in 4-digits long and is located on the front side of the card. Please click on the 'Checkout' button at the top of the page and try again. Q: Why is my cart being emptied when I go to check out?

If your browser's security is set too high, or has an interfering pop-up blocker, the shopping cart may empty when proceeding to the Check Out. In order to place a transaction, EarlyBirdDeals.com requires that browsers have cookies be enabled.

Once the browser settings are set to medium, the shopping cart will maintain the products placed in the shopping cart and you can proceed to check out.
